Brisket is a record for people on treatment a clinician has prescribed, such as testosterone. It records the items, doses, schedules, injection sites, lab results, check-ins, appointment dates and questions you enter, and shows them back to you. It has no account; what you record is stored on your device.
Brisket does not give medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It never suggests a dose, a schedule, an injection site, or a change to any of them, and it never estimates a blood level. It does not convert doses into volumes or syringe units. A lab value is compared only with the reference range you entered from your own report; Brisket has no ranges of its own. Charts describe what you logged and do not say what to change. Decisions about your treatment belong to you and your clinician. If something worries you, contact your clinician or pharmacist; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Brisket is for treatment a licensed clinician has prescribed for you. Its list holds only items that can be prescribed in the United States today. If you type in an item yourself, Brisket stores the name you typed and shows no information about it; that is not a statement that the item is safe, legal or suitable for you.
Brisket is a subscription, billed through the Apple App Store under its terms. Without an active subscription Brisket is read-only: you can still see, export and erase your record, and dose-day reminders keep working. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. We never see or handle your payment card.
Because Brisket has no account, your record exists only on your device and in your own device backup. We cannot see it and cannot restore it for you. You can export it or erase it at any time in Settings, as described in the Privacy Policy. A visit page you create is a personal record made from your own entries, not a medical record, and has not been verified by anyone.
Don't use the app to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including a missed or mistimed dose reminder, or an entry recorded incorrectly, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
These terms are between you and New Day Industries LLC, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
We may update these terms; the date above changes, and we say so in the app when the change matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where New Day Industries LLC is organized. Questions: support@getbrisket.app.
